This policy is provided by Gilded Towers Studios L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company (“we”). It covers our game Princess Simulator and this website, gildedtowersstudios.com.
Princess Simulator
Your progress stays on your device. Princess Simulator saves your game locally on your phone or browser. There is no account or login, and we do not collect your name, email address, postal address, or contacts.
AI generation. To create the story and art, the choices you make and the details you type (your princess, your beloved, and similar) are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, fal.ai, and Google) to generate each scene. Please do not enter real personal information into free-text fields.
Photos you choose to add. If you add an inspiration photo while creating a character, it is sent once to our AI art providers to create the portrait and is not saved to your game or kept by us afterward.
No ads, no data sales. We do not sell your information and do not run third-party advertising or tracking.
Purchases. If you buy anything, payment is handled by the app store (Apple or Google); we never see your card details.
Not for children. The game is intended for players 17 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17.
This website
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers and does not ask you to create an account. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you.
Changes
We may update this policy; when we do, the effective date above will change.
